Description
Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed with an advance payment depending on the yacht, either a percentage of the total rental price or an initial payment to confirm the reservation of at least 50%. All prices are quoted in US Dollars, and if paying in Mexican Pesos, the amount will be calculated based on the US Dollar exchange rate on the day of payment in Mexican Pesos.
CANCELLATION POLICIESCancellations made less than 14 days in advance will forfeit their deposit. This is because it falls within our average booking window, meaning it will be difficult to fill that reserved slot again.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full rental amount. At that point, it will certainly be impossible to fill that time slot again.
